Message From the President

Dear Visitor,

Welcome to the website of the Trojan Knights. Founded in 1921 by Harry Kennedy, Harry Pryor, and Lindley Bothwell, the Trojan Knights serve as the official hosts and guardians of tradition at the University of Southern California. The Trojan Knights have a long and storied history at USC, and have even helped start several of the university’s spirit related traditions. These include the victory bell trophy shared with UCLA, card stunts, the white horse mascot Traveler, George Tirebiter, the school’s original mascot, and many more. We have also been highly active in service as well, as active participants in songfest, organizers of Swim-with-Mike, and several of our own signature philanthropies including the Tirebiter Run, and our annual pumpkin carving with the 32nd Street elementary school.

Here on our site you will find all sorts of information about the Knights. The “History” section of the website can provide you with some more detailed information on the history of the Knights, as well as some of USC’s many traditions. Under the “Who We Are" section you can find a description of our modern day activities, and each of our three organizational pillars: Spirit, Brotherhood, and Philanthropy. On the site you can also learn about the rush process and how to join the Trojan Knights, visit our alumni page if you yourself were a Knight, or get in touch with our executive board.

I hope you enjoy perusing our website. My contact info is listed on the site, so please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions or want to work with the Trojan Knights.

Fight On!

Steven Johnson,

President of the Trojan Knights

A journalist, even an online journalist, means that you often have to travel for extended periods of time for your job. If you are on an assignment, roomorama has great options on short term rentals. Look around online for a great deal on a short-term place.

Graduates from USC often move all around the country. Moving to a new part of the state can be a big task, make sure wherever you go they have Trojan Sports in the cable programming. If you are going up north, research the best dish network deals Sacramento has to offer that still shows Pac-12 sports!

Some of the largest sports publications in the world are run by large multi-national corporations. If you are looking to go from USC to an executive in these positions, or in a career management position, online search firms are a good place to start. Many USC graduates go on to be leaders in the business world.

Currently we're busy studying in Club Leavey for finals. Although the football season did not go as expected, we're still proud to support our team. Looking back at the highlights of this year, one of them was performing bigger and better cardstunts at more games. As the Coliseum is a testament to, the destined reign of Troy continues.

Troy Week has ended and our statues are safe. After a gloomy Saturday at the Rose Bowl, our crosstown rival has obtained the precious Victory Bell. Let's hope or team can get the bell back in Knights' hands next year!

Congratulations to our new active Knights! They must now prove themseleves Knights to the University and the surrounding community.

It's been really quiet here on Saturdays...The Coliseum sits waiting for the 90,000 fans. At the end of the Month the Trojans will return. And so will the Knights.

In the meantime follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook!
